overheard at the dallas flea ..

teen girl .. oh mom, mom .. look .. these are so cool .. they have these little cardboard things and when you hold them up to the light, you can see a picture ...

    Hi Troy:
    Just read this to my retired photographer husband, and we shared a giggle. You should have seen the ones he used to have to do with hammer and chisel on little stone tablets! lol

    I love how today's children are savvy enough to ask to see the photo on the back of the camera now. Lord knows how long we used to have to wait to see an image (unless we used expensive Polaroid film).

    Thanks for the laugh tonight. I spent today wandering an antique mall. All it did was make me feel old, as I had (and still use) many of the household antiques.
    Imagine my everyday glasses are now worth more than most of my jewelry! Hope I don't drop one.
